Marwah is a US attorney and business immigration professional with over 15 years experience practicing US law in Canada. A partner with EY Law LLP and an innovative leader, she passionately defines immigration strategy, oversees high volume immigration programs, and leads EY Law’s diverse US Immigration team.
Marwah partners with large multinational corporations as a strategic advisor, counselling clients on how to navigate complex immigration environments, manage risk around government regulations and geopolitical considerations, and develop solutions for internal immigration and mobility governance, policy, and design. She is a leader in operational change through technology innovation and process improvement, which are transforming the way EY delivers services in the ever-changing immigration landscape.
Marwah holds a JD and is a member of the Illinois State Bar, and is licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
